We’re born with healthy metabolism.  Like a see saw, it’s always adapting and responding to what’s going on in our bodies.  It’s always looking for balance.  

People who are active and prioritize their health will have one experience and those who are sedentary will have another.

Mitochondria are the powerhouse of our cells. One of their many jobs is to create"ATP" (energy) for the body to use.  If you don't have enough energy for all the processes in the body, you're not going to feel good, and these messages get sent to our DNA and it expresses that!
