Achieving Metabolic Health

Did you know your metabolic health and biological age are inseparable?  This means no matter what age you are in years - or chronological age - your cells might be in a different state, or age.  Your biological age could be much older than your chronological age.  It's possible your biological age could be younger if you've been caring for your metabolic health. However, statistics show that less than 7% of US citizens have a healthy metabolism.  This very fact would suggest that unless you have been on top of your metabolic health, your cellular age/ biological age are most likely aged beyond your years.
